Motel a South Whidbey Island State Park

“Room was clean and quiet, right on the water with a beautiful view of the water from our room, limited parking, long walk to main part of town. SeaJ’s restaurant was awesome, great food.”

“Receptionist upon arrival was cordial but not friendly. No smile, did not greet us. We asked questions and she was not helpful. Receptionist at check out was friendly, had a smile and wished us a good day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, towels and bath mat were extremely thin. Toiletries were not useful.”

“Even when you book and pay on Expedia, the front desk charged the room rate again to my personal card when I checked in. After explaining that I already paid on Expedia and was being charged double, he did not understand/care and wouldn’t refund… so I am still fighting it 6 days later to get my money back, lots of confusion and sketchy behavior pertaining to the third-party booking. No one seemed to understand that I do not pay for it twice… the first front desk attendant seemed to believe it...
