“Great location,but did not know trains would run during night. Elevated tracks adjacent to vrbo loft. Nicely appointed.I was very pleased about my stay, until I got a text from host telling me key and fob were not in lockbox. I told them I’m positive I put both in lockbox and relocked it. They repeated they were not in lockbox. I was driving back to Denver when I go these messages. ”

“This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?”

“Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. ”

The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. “It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”

“The TP holder was broken & taped to the wall with packing tape. Had minimal kitchen stuff. 1 laundry pod. Would be better if there were 2 pods. Only slept & used bathroom area. Used washer/dryer. ”

“This is a second-level corner apartment, newly renovated, new appliances. My little family celebrated Thanksgiving there with a full oven for turkey. All cookware was there. It was a convenient place to provide my college student some time away from her dorm. ”
