Hotel a South Wichita

“The staff was very helpful. Instructive from the time we arrived. Elevator was not lit inside, no actually none ceiling panel, button panel wasn't lit. It was functional, but not professional, extremely disregard and disrepair. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The breakfast has more options for condiments, than actual food to eat with them. Pool is closed indefinitely, a view that a prison inmate might be envious of... Maybe. ”

“Good price but room smelled over clean from cleaning products. Was a little difficult to find comfortable night sleep. Needed fresh air. Friendly staff and great off highway location.”

“We were welcomed by a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby and some kind of cozy fragrance. I was only sad the next morning that the cheese omelettes were gone by 8:40!!”

“On our second night we called down to the front desk become a couole of families were screaming and slammind doors. They said that they would ensure it stops by 9pm, that's late for some of us. It continued and started again by 5 am the next morning so we got up and left, way too early. Then I got a text that they were charging me $15 extra dollars for make-up stained hand towels. How could they know they were stained, they hadn't been washed? Just not a good experience along with zero sleep...

“Light bulbs out, shower walls had hair on them, tub needed calking all around the wall as visible gaps were visible, bath mirror lights had rust on them; bed comforter had a big brown stain on it, breakfast needs more healthy options, front desk staff seemed bothered to assist guests as they had their feet up on desk and headphones around their neck - very unprofessional”

“If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. All i got to say is my lawyer wants me to sue, even though he knows i don't like doing that. They return my money and i will not. So the balls in there court... Sincerely, Charles B. Dull”

“Older hotel but mattress was new & comfortable, the flooring was new and the room was clean.”

“Cigarette burns on the bed and the toilet was duck taped together. I did not complete my stay due to not being up to date on my tetanus which is apparently a necessity to stay. Also if you are not fond of a wet dog & cigarette aroma you will be upset as if fills the entire building. The safety lock was also removed from the door however being kidnapped may have proved me a cleaner stay somewhere else. Staff was kind though. ”

“Nice clean room large walk-in shower, large bathroom large bedroom, great kitchen, a work area and a dining room table, really enjoyed the king suite bedroom. ”

“Has standards changes at hotels? We were gone all day until 10pm and the trash can remained full, no clean towels, the bed was as we left it. Outside of just what used to be standard hospitality being absent the hotel was good.”

“Didn’t stay and would like a refund, ROOM WAS DISGUSTING, dirty towels in room, wasn’t swept, toilet wouldn’t flush and had a bowl full of bowel ”
