“Der dunkelhäutige Herr am Empfang war hervorragend. Ich habe für Anfang des Jahres gebucht und fühle mich hier schon jetzt sehr wohl. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere das neurologische Team. Der Herr am Empfang hat sich sogar Zeit genommen, mir ein Zimmer zu zeigen, damit ich mich gleich wohler fühle. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem in meiner Familie und darüber hinaus empfehlen.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and modern hotel. The room was clean, cozy, modern, quiet and comfortable for the night. I will stay next time I’m in the area. Oh yeah, they had a pretty great free breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and juices. And they even refilled stuff when it ran out. “We checked in late afternoon. Checked in and then they told us the water was turned off for the entire hotel. The desk clerk was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The facilities in the adjoining casino were working. We went to the casino and had some dinner there and back to the room around 7:30. Still no water. They said estimate 8:30 or 8:45. Water did come back on around 8:30. Not a major inconvenience but still not a pleasant experience wondering if we should move to...

“We checked around midnight after a very long drive. Check in was quick and painless, attendant was friendly and helpful especially for the time of night! Super clean room and facility. Comfy beds”

“The amenities were good. There's a good breakfast, big pool, great staff. The room was okay. Our shower curtain had a bunch of stains on it and the blankets had hairs all tangled up in them, but otherwise okay. The biggest issue was the fact that there was some baseball team staying there, teenagers, and they were super loud late at night and even had one laying in front of our door for quite a while, so made it difficult to get out of our room.
