We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the arena as we were attending a concert there. The hotel offered shuttles to and from the arena which was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning there in the future for more concert events.”

“Stayed in a room that had a mural on one wall. The mural was splattered with what I assume was a beverage from a previous guest. The bathroom had a sliding privacy door. It required "significant" effort to close. The toilet paper roll was also broken. The evening attendant was approached about switching to a suite as we logged on and noted one was available. We were told none were available. When I said there was one listed on their site, he just looked at me. No response. When my wife was...
