“Handicap accessible room was located on the second floor at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevators. I booked a walk-in shower but received a standard bathtub. Front desk staff on the evening of 7/24 was not helpful, provided very little guidance and was unprofessional and rude in her response to my inquiries related to the handicap room location and lack of walk-in shower.”
