“The staff was very nice. As soon as I got there they upgraded my room free of charge. Then when I got to the room I realized I forgot my charger so I went downstairs to see if they could let me borrow one and they did, they had a few to spare. Breakfast was also great. Overall, it was an amazing stay where I will come back to when in the Austin area.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the property. The host reached out multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The proximity to downtown was very nice. The only issues I had was cookware needed replacing and we were unable to get the fire pit working. We loved the yard space and the game room. I would stay there again.”

“There is no airport shuttle after 11 pm. For a hotel that is advertised as airport hotel, the airport shuttle should be running until the airport is operating (1 am). For late night, it can be by request and need not be a scheduled one. Uber is expensive late at night and the money you spend on hotel + uber, you are better off staying somewhere else. You will get cleaner rooms and better experience for the total cost.”

“Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. ”

“We loved the breakfast every morning and my daughter loved the pool. The staff was friendly and responsive when we needed more towels. Everything was quiet and clean. We would love to stay there again. ”

“In the future I would not stay at this location or recommend this location. I booked a king bed - we got two queens which was not very comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator- and the door was paper thin you can hear the ding of the elevator every several minutes. You can hear every step that someone makes in the hallway and above you. Also the additional charges are over the top. 20$ per day for parking, if you want to do laundry be prepared to pay a minimum of $13. As we checked...
