“I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major...

“I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”
