“We stayed 4 nights. The only time we got fresh towels was when we went to the front desk and asked for them. When we left, every towel we had used was in a pile on the bathroom floor. I pointed this out at checkout, the person and the counter did not apologize, just tried to explain something about a room service schedule, and would have to see who was supposed to be taking care of our room... That is an internal issue, and has nothing to do with being accountable for the lack of guest...

It was homecoming weekend for the University of Sam Houston and we were in town to see the Etta May show at the Old Town Theater which is only 10 minutes away. This hotel has a big screen TV in the lounge so you can watch college football on Saturday, they also have a bar there with beer, some wine and a small amount of liquor.
