“Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The room was quite large and also had a large bathroom. Everything worked as expected. One thing that was weird to me, was that the rooms dont come with a coffee pot. You have to ask for one. But that doesn't bother me, I rarely drink it anyways. “Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they...
