“This is a scam listing. I booked this several months in advance and the day of my arrival I reached out to ask how to check in. They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be their approach; lure people in with a good-looking property in a nice area and then surprise move them to a dump in an incovenient area.

“The hotel was nice and the people were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and it was within minutes of all of the Broadway shows we attended so we were able to walk to everything we needed. The only con would be, every morning, we could hear the housekeeper outside the door going in and out of a storage closet or rooms and the door would slam shut and also she would be talking pretty loud asking people if they needed towels etc.. “This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it ’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent.
