“Breakfast not very tasty, coffee offered all day was excellent. Staff very pleasant. Overall a great experience. My only complaint would be the smokers at all entrances, being a non smoker and having to walk through that smell each time is not nice, or the smell of it in the hallways. ”

“Rooms were clean. Pool area clean. Only complaints was that there was kids running up and down the hall from 830-11pm. Once we went out and told them to stop and be quiet they listened. Breakfast was delicious and we otherwise really enjoyed our stay ”

“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“The staff friendliness and courtesy were amazing. The hotel was very clean and immaculate. The only minor inconvience was the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, this minor issue would not be a deterrent for me to stay at this hotel again. ”
