Guest house a Southern New Hampshire

“The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers and the room we stayed in was incredibly clean and well decorated. Loved that it had a fridge with a separate freezer. Great location for walking to downtown Portsmouth. Unfortunately the people above us were very heavy footed (which is no fault of anyone at the inn) but otherwise the private entrance and patio made us feel like we were alone on the property which we appreciated. “On arrival the office staff were friendly professional, we were able to park earlier than check in which was a bonus. Our room was ready earlier than expected and was clean comfortable and had a stunning ocean view. The housekeeper Lily G was friendly and helpful. We have stayed in various Hampton Beach hotels throughout the years and absolutely loved our stay at 935. We look forward to our next visit.”

So, we changed it ourselves to heat. 3. The locks on the doors didn't really work; we had to really work them. We thought we were locked...

“This unit came with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Super clean and renovated. Short walk to downtown. Highly recommended.”
