“The River View was excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. We were not told that we shared a balcony with 3 other rooms though. The bed was rather lunpy and hard. I told the front desk at checkout and she didn’t respond. We will be back if we are in San Antonio”

“Great location, hotel has some nicely renovated rooms and common areas. But it appears the attention to detail during the renovation was not a high priority.
