“We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!”

“We stay here every year when we come to London for dance competitions because of the large, clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot buffet breakfast that is included with our stay. The staff is courteous and professional, and always willing to help. The on-site EV charger is an added convenience!”
