Hotel vicino a Spa della Birra di Tulum - Tulum

“Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos.”

““All inclusive meals” were covered with flies and left open for hours long, hallways and common areas had mildue and dirty smell. “Rooftop lounge” chairs were stained and dirty. Bedrooms ac does not work well and showers only run cold. Overall not great experience and photos posted on site are deceiving. Staff was kind but overall experience was not great.”

“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”
