This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.”

“We arrived late and tired. Team member Raj had communicated late check in process very clearly so we went straight to our room. We were pleasantly surprised, the room is very very clean, modern, comfortable and we were upgraded which was such a blessing. This morning Raj was also very helpful, informing us of what was around.
