“Very helpful! Nice variety for breakfast. Clean room!”

“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

“We arrived early to see if we could check in early. We were told that rooms would not be ready until 3:00, due to a large turnover from the night before. We did something else and returned shortly after 3:00. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and we were all told that rooms were not ready yet. Nothing was available until 4:00! No apologies from staff, they didn’t care. The next morning house keeping came and knocked on the door 2 hours prior to checkout to see if we were checking...

“I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay.”
