Hotel a Spring Bay

“This Inn is cute and centrally located. The rooms are clean, the bedroom and bathroom are large. Traffic noise begins at 6:00am. The breakfast is sparse, cold cereal and fruit. There was not enough milk in the fridge for the cereal, the fruit was old and shriveled. It was nice to stay on the square, but we won’t return.”

“While the property shows some wear and tear, everything worked (A/C, toilet, hot water), everything was clean and I cannot emphasize how terrific the staff was. Everyone smiled, wished us a good day, etc...They really made our stay enjoyable.”

“Over all the place was clean and the room was nice. Main complaint is the rooms are paper thin. You can hear every conversation that is happening on that floor.”

“En el desayuno, se les acaban los ingredientes muy rapidísimo y no surten, las mesas estaban sucias después de cada cliente, bueno esto fue un sábado que estaba de encargado un joven, el domingo fue un poco mejor, estaba de encargada una señora y ella si limpió después de que se retiraba cada cliente.”

“Pool was down, but we didn't care and had no plans to use it. The room was a vast improvement over the last hotel we had been staying at, and was clean. Breakfast was simple and good, the staff was helpful and chill. Only complaint was that the shower was cold, like room temperature at most.”

“Toilet ran all night, lights in main room did not work, staff did not make people follow the 10:00 quiet time, milk was spoiled in fridge, a/c blew hot air. Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn”
