Hotel a Spring Bay

“The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again.”

“Roaches and dirty sheets toilet had pee on it dead roaches in shower the worst hotel I’ve ever walked in. Only showered because I had to worked outside all day left and slept in my truck”

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. “Booked Par-A-Dice through Expedia for a VIP stay and Melissa at the front desk made it exceptional. I asked about a suite upgrade and she personally took the time to make it happen. She was professional, kind, and a huge help. The suite and property were great, but Melissa’s service is why we’ll be back.”

“This property offered a lot of small detailed amenities like the 24hr coffee bar and staff service. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to many on their travels in passing or fir few nights. It is close to alot of food, shopping & the highways for ease of transitions.”

“Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.”
