“I was attending a doggy event in the area and the location was excellent, just minutes away from the venue, so no need to get up so early to get ready. Was very dog friendly. Lots of room to let dogs run, but need to watch out for the ducks and Guinea hens, no fenced yard so dogs need to have good recall if running off leash. Owners had no issues letting the dogs swim in the in-ground pool, which the dogs loved. There was no TV in the room, no WiFi setup and cell reception was almost non...

Pool was under renovation (closed), and Expedia did not list that information, so grandkids were disappointed to not get their evening swims. “Though an older motel that might seem faded at first, the rooms have been redone and provide a really great night’s sleep. What seemed to be a new bed with a sturdy mattress made it a very comfortable stay. And, although on a somewhat busy street, it was remarkably quiet. Staff busy, but responsive. I didn’t swim, but others seemed to be enjoying the pool. No complaints. Clean, no frills.”
