“First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I...

“Wonderful cute little motel on the GC hwy. Surprised that it was so quiet given the location. Walking distance to beach. Great size rooms, recently refurbed and lovely linen. Would definitely stay again when back on the GC. Friendly staff.”

The standout for our stay was the customer service and responsiveness of the reception staff who took care of us during our one-night stay. The room was also spotlessly clean, which is a credit to the cleaning staff.”
