Hotel a Springfield

“Staff very unprofessional hotel was old and room had paint spots on floor. Bathroom had water damage on the trim and shower did not have a shelf to hold soap or body wash. Water was cold never got hot. Patched up paint on walls and lighting was very dim. Refrigerator does not get cold, key card did not workproperly, the property had a quinceañera party and their was limited parking. Hotel did not inform guess of a party going on. Just a horrible stay and experience. Will not recommend this Rat...

“Quick check in a d room assignment. Room was neat and clean. Everything was in working order. Check out was fast using the texted link. They are close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. A short trip to historic savannah and tybee island beaches.”

“The room smelled clean and fresh. The bed wqs amazing to sleep in. The shuttle was right on time to pick me up. Fantastic stay and will stay again. Thanks for the hospitality.”

“The front desk day staff were very helpful and quite friendly. The night crew was a bit confused when i checked in , processed a wrong charge which needed to be refunded. It was. The breakfast staff were quick to refill items. And the dining area was clean and comfortable. This property had a renovation recently and all the faucets in the bathroom were loose and moved freely. Those should have never passed inspection”

“I've stayed in many of the Drury properties and they never disappoint. The Pooler location is convenient to all major sites including the airport. The kick back and breakfast is always a great experience, and the staff is pleasant and accommodating”
