“Great place to stay, close to everything, including the hospital where my dad was at so I could be close.”

“All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. But the crew that is working there goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and safe. Breakfast was great. “My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful except one staff member working breakfast she seemed upset that we asked for pan spray for the waffle maker. The staff member yelled out loud at my husband in front of everyone having breakfast that the waffle maker did not need spray. This staff member appeared irritated with her job as she slammed down the stainless steel lids while refilling the bacon and eggs warmers.”

“Our AC didn't function properly. Hallways could use a touch up on vacuuming. No yogurts at breakfast. Ice machine on level 3 out of service and lots of towels at the bottom of the only lobby machine working. Lobby/entry bathroom out of commission. Yikes, kind of a long list.”

“The hotel was in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It was nice because there was a restaurant on site. The only issue is that they need to upgrade the beds. It was good for one night for our travel.”
