“TV controls really were difficult to use. Otherwise the place was very nice ”

“I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

“Decently clean, nice staff, comfortable bed. Small continental breakfast we didn't partake in. Only complaint was the toilet seat was awful, had seen better days and is an easy cheap fix. ”

“One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! And, we have stayed at many! Checkin was very efficient, all the staff were so friendly! The room was so spacious, with lots of counter space! The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Nice shower with wonderful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to use. “Basic stay hotel. Good price . Some areas could use some renovation - like bathroom but was clean and in general a good place to stay. Fairly good breakfast options too .”

“Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.”

“The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door.”

“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”
