Stay in a fully renovated 4-BR, 2.5-BA Victorian home in the heart of St. John’s beside Waterford Valley and Victoria Park, this house blends historic charm with modern comfort - perfect for families, groups, or business travellers

We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.
An absolutely lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of walking and biking trails/options.
Take the Waterford River Walk trail all the way to Bowring Park.
Victoria Park is just a block away and has formally laid out paths, a playground, a baseball field, a dog park, and green space. Recently revitalized.
Tennis courts and soccer field just a short stroll up Leslie street.
Entire home with smart lock and self check-in entry. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials provided.
Main floor: open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area, plus half bathroom.
Upstairs: primary bedroom with ensuite, 3 additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Authentic Newfoundland artwork in every room.

>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.
