“The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. “The valet drop-off and the check-in process were nearly effortless. Their process should be the standard for all hotels. The staff was friendly and so efficient. The room was so close to the elevator. The beds were comfortable. The valet process at checkout was also fast. My only critique is to install better signage on the outside of the building to direct visitors to the entrance, as the valet garage doors can be confusing for first-time visitors. “The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, and it was always 5-10 degrees warmer in the room than what I would set the thermostat on. ”

“Staff were nice. Overall, the hotel was not clean. Booked it for 2 days and stayed for 1 1/2 hour and checked out. Floor, walls, sofa, bathroom, and bedroom were all dirty and looked nothing like the pictures posted. Please update the pictures because that’s false advertisement! Will not be returning. ”

“The breakfast was fresh and was kept clean. The staff were very nice. The room was clean, but the walls seemed to be very thin. I could hear kids running upstairs and through the halls. I could hear the people in the next room over talking. There was minimal parking, so I had to park in front of the building over.”
