“great location, right by the train station that goes to the nfl stadium. the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. they have snacks and drinks at the front that are complimentary. the room is small but the perfect size. room includes a full size fridge, stove top, microwave. the room was modern and clean. you have to take out the trash on your own but it was fine because it is a big garbage bin. ”

“Room was clean, aside from one overnight desk clerk, staff was all great. Breakfast was what you’d expect. Gym was light and bright. Access to Grand Casino Arena was the best. ”

“The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. “This was a fantastic property I'd stay at again. Some rooms are without bathroom, and are priced accordingly. Very clean, very well equipped and very friendly! Website photos do the property justice, it's just as beautiful in person.”

“Yeah, they offered parking. There was also other options nearby which was nice.”

“The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, and it was always 5-10 degrees warmer in the room than what I would set the thermostat on. ”

“Our room was very clean. However, the shower had a severe leak and tub wouldn't drain. The king bed mattress was really bad. It was a big bowl. Very uncomfortable. We were only staying one night. When we told the front desk at checkout, all she said was ok, I'll tell maintainence. ”
