They came and mopped it up but later on that day, they still water came from the floor again and it won’t no need for me to go say anything, but they told me they didn’t have no rooms available to move anything and I didn’t wanna wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back but when I woke up that next morning, the whole floor was full of water”

“The pillows were terrible really need an upgrade. & they are now charging $10 to park in their parking lot. That’s RIDICULOUS. This isn’t a resort. ”

I thought getting a room in a hotel chain would guarantee my expected experience (a clean, safe place to stay). Pictures on site were misleading. “We didn't stay in the room too much after our original crashout; However, I can say this... I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized! We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!! However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off...

“I found the hotel staff to be very courteous and professional. I have stayed at this hotel during three separate trips to Durham. The staff has always been wonderful to me. My hotel room was always clean and immaculate. The breakfasts were scrumptious.”

The main restaurant wasn’t anything special, the atmosphere was not what you would expect from the photos on their website and it felt more like a local diner. The service at the coffee bar was subpar. The front desk staff was fine but didn’t seem very professional.
