“To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware. “Problems-Kitchen drawer next to the sink is broken-Cleaning issues- comforter, sheets, mattress cover in the first level was dirty ie dried blood and urine-All linen need to be replaced, thin and dingy-mattress flat, very uncomfortable.-washer and dryer need cleaning-Trash cans need to be cleaned- Courtyard was unkept ie broken glass, weed, debris- The smell of marijuana was on the upper floors.RECOMMEND SOMEONE REVIEW THE FACILITY PRIOR TO ANYONE CHECKING IN.”
