“My mistake was I didn't read the check in instructions super carefully, so I it did make check in more frustrating! The instructions are especially difficult to miss on expedia - but note there are specific hours when you can pick up the keys. Also, the instructions also say it's the 2nd last door on the left, when it is in fact the last door on the left. On to the room - it was fine, serviceable for what we needed. “Excellent location and clean apartment”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

“Honest review, this place has a lot of potential! It is great space with two full bathrooms in a nice area. However, there was such an AWFUL smell in the kitchen, making that entire space unusable. The smell was worst in the fridge, making it completely unusable though we did not know that until we had already bought groceries and went to put them away. I did reach out immediately however there was no remedy and we went all four nights without a usable fridge and no willingness to discount...

“Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.”

“Easy check in instructions from host. Host is easily accessible (if needed). Location is close to metro and tourist sites. Could get loud on weekends, but was not an issue for us. ”

“The apartment is very centrally located, near metro and stations for major attractions. Washing machine was very useful and heavy curtains blocked out the strong sun. Would not recommend for the summer time. Super warm in the apartment, no aircon, only 2 small fans and the apartment is at the top floor where all the heat concentrated. Towels are very old and threadbare. Dishes placed haphazardly. No shampoo, bath soap for guests. Top BnB or VRBO apartments all have these extras.”

“Excellent location, perfect for being near stuff but without the heave of being further in. 2 minute walk to metro. Supermarkets even closer.Perfect for strolling and mooching.Lift is welcome.Flat is lovely, full of French charm. Beds comfy,Check in easy - just get the keys from a shop 5 minutes walk away.Few niggles with the flat but these were sorted out by the quick to respond host.Would deffo stay here again! ”

“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”
