“The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful ”

“When we asked to change our room because it was too close to the elevator, we were graciously accommodated. Staff was efficient and friendly. Good to have restaurant options on the premises as well as the indoor pool and the spa. I enjoyed a massage and then relaxing around the pool. Didn't use the exercise equipment, but good to know it was there. Appreciated the box of goodies left in our room on New Year's Eve. And the property wasn't far from where we live. I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!”
