“Do not stay here! If you stay more than one night- the room keys only work for 24 hours at a time, so you will have to go to the desk and ask for your key to work again after 24 hours. They don’t tell you this, you figure out after getting to your room late at night on the 2nd night. The business center is just a computer with internet, no printer (I really needed to print something for my trip). “I was only here for one night. Travel frequently and good place to crash for the night. Get river view as road noise may be a bother to some.”

“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“The description said "private balcony" there was no private balcony in the room. There were also tiny tiny bugs in the sink. We asked for an extra hour after checkout, the lady seemed so annoyed and responded with "I can do an extra 30 minutes". Our biggest problem was the no balcony.”

“The breakfast was not up to par with price of the room. The room was not cleaned every day. For the asking price per night the room should be cleaned everyday. Very disappointing!”

Missing informations, don't know what time is the breakfast open and close, I did check out without get my breakfast, and I had an hour half ride to the airport... don't know nothing beside my room, if they have workout room.... wifi ...pool ...vendor area Beside that it’s okay. It’s clean inside. I had good sleep.”

“Quite literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mold, clogged toilets, lights that didn’t work, and worst of all, the door didn’t lock.”

“I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled my reservation that was already paid for in full”

“The staff was friendly and the room was good sized and clean. What wasn't in the room were things like a hair dryer, coffee maker and there weren't many towels. The staff member did tell me if I needed more towels to bring down the ones I used and she would give me more. Which I did. I can't decide if I actually disliked it or it was just different.”
