“The hotel does not keep ac on in the rooms or hallways, so even though we had a confirmed reservation they took no time to prepare the room, so we arrived to a very hot room (hotter than outside, over 90) and had to leave the hotel to let it cool down. Bedding stains and hair all over it, so they just handed me another blanket. Pool was closed and seems to be the case all of the time. TV was not working and apparently was missing some power cord and batteries on the remote were dead. They fixed...

“My queen room was perfect! Tho it was rainy, the grounds and pool looked very nice, well kept. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. My husband was admitted at KU Med Center so my stay was day to day. They were so kind and helpful. I didn’t sample the breakfast. Parking was plentiful. Overall, very satisfied!!”

“What a nightmare!!! If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room.
