“Motel”

“It was a pleasant experience. Our only issue was that the pool was under renovation, which we can't hold against them for making improvements.”

“The pool looked a little sketchy compared to the pictures, so we did not use it. Everything else was very nice and we were pleased. The breakfast options were great and everything was clean and comfortable .”

“You can improve cleanliness in aspects of pest control. It is also to be careful with the temperature of the water, only hot water fell. The staff was attentive to our needs. Put water to drink in the rooms. Improve security and smoking controls inside the facilities.”

“Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch.”

“If I wanted to see creatures then I'd have stayed at the zoo. As a 25 year disabled veteran, ive been in all kinds of places. THIS WAS THE WORST. I notified management about the roach/ spider problem and the insects were bold. This was a NO cat hotel period. Why did i notice several cats sitting on the windows. Answer. “Toilets are too low”

“I liked the breakfast; although, I've had better but again, it was nice. I had to notify the desk that I strongly felt that the linens on my bed had not been changed from the previous guest. After an hour, someone brought up a fresh pile of linens for me to change them myself. I called the front deck and requested a new room and was granted one. Thank you.”

“The room was clean n spacious, breakfast included n variable, good parking n good staff. Only the gym n elevator were not in good condition.”

“Poorly decorated, no soap, too small,”

“The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Horrible 30 mins experience. Get a real hotel. This one is dirty.”
