“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“In the photos it looked larger and less like an Ikea showroom. Somehow, they squeezed a queen bed into a bedroom so tiny that we couldn't get our suitcase into it. The neighborhood is awful -- you can't get anything without driving, and it's a decent drive to get to hip areas in West Seattle. Given the weather, we never could use the deck and outdoor space. ”

“Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.”

“The room was clean and as described, with a double bed and a shared bathroom adjacent (I believe the property has a room with a private bathroom as well). It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I was assigned the same parking spot as another guest. This might have been a typo, and I sorted it out with the other guest because he was leaving earlier than I was. The owner responded after a few hours giving me a different parking spot, but the matter was resolved by then. Recommended!”
