“Breakfast was great, fresh and hot. The staff was great especially Jodi she really knows her job and was very helpful. ”

“The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

There was a water leak outside the hotel which needless to say there was water over the sidewalk. In the breakfast area the bench type seats were full of black and brown stains on the cushions, the serving utensils (tongs)were broken the air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly. There were no kleenex napkins in the bathroom...

We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter.
