Private hot tub, Custom Build, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is the perfect spot for a family getaway in Tahoe.

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN

• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with rules and an additional fee of $175 (plus tax) PER PET PER STAY. All pet fee(s) may not be included in the total price shown for your booking and will be automatically added and/or requested separately.

• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.

• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.
* Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill, Yard Games, Upper Deck are available only in the peak summer months.

Modern Tahoe with pleasing aesthetics like the contemporary chandelier paired with more typical cabin-like qualities like exposed vaulted wood beams, plus a naturally grounded feeling from incorporating several different types of stone throughout.

As soon as you open the front door, you'll find yourself at the foot of a magnificent wood staircase with a stone accent wall. To add to its unique beauty, the stairs and entry bench are designed with a slight angle to create a fantastic illusion.

The upper level has a gas fireplace with a dark stone hearth that contrasts against the golden hues of the exposed wooden beams running the length of this expansive room. This level also has a regulation-size pool table covered in green felt and on claw-footed legs. There's a wall-stocked game cabinet, wet bar and wine fridge or you can belly up to the bar top table for two. There's a smart-TV and cozy couches as well. The dining room table seats 10 people, plus 4 more at the granite island and breakfast bar. From her journey onward through the fully stocked kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space and onto the spacious deck that boasts a propane grill, a fire pit, and finally, in the distance, a peek of that glorious Lake Tahoe! If you come in off the front terrace and look the other way, you will view the dedicated study area with desk and just pass the custom glass chandelier in the stairwell, the sleeper sofa, plus a half bathroom for convenience.

1st floor of the home you'll find the primary bedroom with king-sized bed, premium bedding, a SMART TV, and a sizable walk-in closet, private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower with a bench, a jetted soaking tub and heated floors.
2 additional bedrooms are complete with queen beds, SMART TVs, and large closets. There is a spacious shared bathroom between the 2 with heated floors and a walk-in shower.
In the hallway towards the entry, unload your gear into the built-in coat rack w/ cubbies or toss it right in the newer washer & dryer before heading to the backyard to watch a friendly game of horseshoes. Now that you're tired from an epic tour of the home, slide into one of the super soft robes provided and take a soak in the private hot tub!

The house was immaculate, spacious, exceedingly well stocked, and in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, huge, efficient, kitchen, large dining table/room, and lots of windows and fans for excellent airflow. Great light and beautiful outdoor areas. Communication with the management company was responsive and helpful. Cost was extremely reasonable for the significant value of this home. Will definitely return!

Wonderful home for our adult family hiking visit to Tahoe. Home is beautiful and stock with everything needed to make living easy. All utensils, spices, coffee and linens provided. Location is perfectly positioned to be a central base for daily excursions. There were a few minor cleaning issues, but nothing to distract from our enjoyment. I can imagine it is a lot to clean between back to back rentals. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hikes. The grill and fire pit worked flawlessly. Robes and slippers were a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Only negatives were one of the master BR sinks did not drain. We didn't call to fix due to having two sinks, but you'd think cleaning would have noticed it while cleaning. Master carpet could use to be cleaned. Pool table felt was dirty but we vacuumed it. All said, I would highly recommend this home and would stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay and right away, loved the layout of the house. All of the bedrooms being on the bottom floor was great bc all of the socializing and cooking could happen in the expansive main upstairs area without disturbing anyone who wanted to sleep in or get to bed early. The kitchen was huge and well stocked for a group of friends that love to cook. This house had that “lodge” feel and great outdoor area that was perfect for hanging out, The hot tub and pool table were both such a treat. The only small critique we would have is that there was some detail cleaning that could have been done prior to our arrival and we found ourselves sweeping away stray cobwebs and a bit of dust here and there. Didn’t affect our overall enjoyment of the space. Lastly, we left a precious belonging at the house upon check out and they were so kind as to mail it back to us. Very grateful for the kindness! Great rental, we will be back. Thank you!

The cabin was both beautiful and functional. Loved the large spacious open concept and windows upstairs, while bedrooms (comfortable w lots of bedding) are all down stairs. Wonderful open kitchen w everything you need for meals in. Hot tub was perfect on a snowy night, robes a plus. Entire house was clean and relaxing! Garage use also a rare plus. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!
