Step into the great room, a masterpiece of architecture boasting vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light. Picture cozy evenings on the plush leather sectional, with the warmth of the fireplace flickering nearby. Movie nights take center stage with a flat-screen TV, creating the ultimate cinematic retreat.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range and an island counter with barstool seating. The adjacent dining table seats 6, ensuring everyone has a spot for group meals or game nights. (Two additional folding chairs are in one of the bedroom closets for more seating space.)

Outside, a spacious deck lets you enjoy the crisp mountain air and features a BBQ grill.

Ward Creek accommodates your party with three beautiful bedrooms plus a bonus room, each a sanctuary of comfort after a day exploring the lake or slopes. Choose from king, queen, and full options, and revel in the luxury of ensuite bathrooms in two spaces. The third bathroom offers a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

(Please note there is no parking, and make sure you have tickets in advance — no ticket sales are available at this location.) Home Truths:
- There are no ticket sales at the lift near the property. Guests must already have tickets purchased.
- There are electric bear mats that need to be turned off when entering the home. More information will be provided in the guest manual prior to your arrival.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the windows in the living room do not have blinds.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.

Parking Details:
- Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway.
- No garage access.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Family Palisades Ski Trip - Easter Weekend

Amazing property! Had everything we needed for 2 families. Plenty of space, clean and fun for a mountain trip. 20 min to Palisades, easy drive. 5 min into Tahoe City for shops/restaurants. 3 level home. Lower level had snow room entry, large bedroom with couch and table. Plenty of space for all your gear. Brand new washer / dryer that was great. Mid/main level had perfect kitchen with literally everything you'd need. Open floor plan space, large circular dinner table, big couches next to tv and huge fireplace. Large outdoor balcony. Mid level also had 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twins, next to each other and shared bathroom. Super high ceilings made for plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Top level had master suite , king bed, big bathroom and another work space table. We couldn't have asked/found a better family home for our ski trip. Everyone loved it - book this home for your next Tahoe trip! Lastly, AvantStay made getting in super easy and clean-up was the simplest of any home we've rented on VRBO - they do it right. Communication was quick and home was perfect in every way. Thank you!

lovely Sunnyside location, great property manager

we loved our stay in this house. Its spacious, and architecturally arranged well for both collective space or having time on one's own. It's equipped with everything one needs (good kitchen, games, and yes it does have coffee tea etc essentials that are missing in other properties to get you at least ver the first day, before you go to the store etc). The property manager responded within minutes to any question we had, and always incredibly helpful. After having stayed in many different properties over the years and having interacted with different agents, it seems that Avanstay really understands what their customers need and delivers 100%.
