“Do not book here. I don’t know where the 4stars came from but that’s a lie. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean this room. Toilets, shower, the floors everything was disgusting. Everything in the area was booked for a festival and I traveled from out of state and was stuck. I showed the employee the dirty toilets and nothing was done to fix the problem. “The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading.
The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.”
