“I went there for my son’s birthday and before coming I looked at the previous reviews and you would think this property was amazing but that is NOT what I experienced. Upon my arrival I was not greeted not even a hello just “what’s the name?” Horrible customer service and I felt very unwanted. There was a huge roach in my room.
