“Everything was clean. The furniture was quite old and worn down. To my surprise, they didn’t provide hand soap for the bathroom which was unfortunate. Other than that it was a good stay.”

“It was unkept. No rack to hang dresses, when I asked for one they said they didn't have any. It was pure squalor. I could not bear to stay there we left and found a place that didn't make me want to vomit. The help was mentally not there.”

I did not see this advertised on Expedia or their site but found it after the fact when I had to do a deep dive into the fine print terms and conditions.
