“I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was...

She had left something in the room and thought the room was empty but uncomfortable and I’m sure a one off but uncomfortable ”
