Got a text the night before with instructions and the day of I got another one with someone reaching out to meet us at the property. Checkin was a slight hassle but quickly resolved our issue and got to our parking spot and up to the room.
The room was amazing and the views might just be unbeatable.”

The hotel is in a great spot by the harbour front and we had a beautiful lake view room. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Downsides: the on site smaller restaurant seemed very limited in its choices and the queue for the elevators was bordering on ridiculous. However, these were small elements in what was otherwise a lovely stay.”

The views from every room in the suite is breathtaking, the suite is nicely furnished, the bed is very comfortable ; it’s also close to everything, great location. Staff provided superior customer service. I was celebrating my birthday and was gifted an upgrade. Thank you. I will definitely be back.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Very nice boutique rooms (only 4) with lots of amenities offered for breakfast and beyond (attached to George restaurant). Guys will not be able to use spa and pool as it is a woman’s club but other than that, wonderful hotel. ”

"Ottimi spazi e bella vista sulla città, appartamento completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Non ho trovato comodo il materasso. La porta scorrevole di accesso alla lavatrice era rotta (rotto era anche il vetro) e andava spostata molto delicatamente. Mancavano pezzi di tende e quindi entrava troppa luce con le tende chiuse. La porta di accesso al balcone era troppo dura da aprire. Lungo tragitto all'appartamento a causa di un ascensore fuori servizio."

Il personale è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e di una professionalità impeccabile: ci siamo sentiti accolti fin dal primo istante. La stanza era ampia, luminosa e pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio.
