“Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Toronto a pochi passi da St. Lawrence Market. Stanza grande, con tutto il necessario. Colazione molto varia e abbondantea la logistica assolutamente da rivedere, in un hotel del genere fare la fila per potersi sedere è assurdo.”

“Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

“The room was spacious with a separate lounging area with a deep seated couch and tv. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to be on the tail end of a renovation with visible signs of construction material (pieces of trim were missing, some surfaces needed to be clad,…). That said, it did not take away from the experience. Maybe I couldn’t figure it out, but when I turned on the light in the lounging area, it also turned on the light on the bedroom area.
