“It was a great stay”

“This stay far exceeded any expectation I had. My visit to Houston was for medical testing and follow-up at MD Anderson, so I was a nervous traveler. The staff was courteous, timely and initiated requests for helping and assisting me at each juncture. The food snd service were excellent, and I especially appreciated the variety and attention to preparation. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.”

“Clean rooms great staff nice amenities overall amazing experience”

“Honestly, if it was not for the staff, It would’ve been terrible across the board. The staff were extremely helpful, they held our bags for us before we checked in (as we arrived early) and they were willing to hold them even after I had checked out. Unfortunately that’s the only good portion of the review. I stayed in room 222, and as soon as we opened the door, it smelt terrible. It smelt like what only could be described as onions and smelly feet. The floor didn’t seem clean. There was mold...

“Got this room to visit Reliant Stadium and it was the best, literally walking distance! The place looks off but it had basics for the one night stay we did.”

“Nice big and clean apartment with great kitchen. Fgood breakfast with a lot of choices”

“Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again.”

“Getting set up with access is a little bit of work, but once it’s all done, it works fine. Apartment itself is very nice and clean”

“This is a great place to stay. The host answers very quickly and is available 24/7 which was very helpful as we had to get out of a bad hotel late at night and book this place last minute. They were very kind to work with & the place is just like the photos. It is in a safe area, has gated parking, and has an in room washer and dryer. Everything was clean, and it was nicely stocked for a longer stay. The only bad thing is that the bed and couch are pretty uncomfortable for a longer stay, the...

“Exactly as described. Convenient location. Very good experience”

“Excellent communication and ease of entry. This is a standard apartment with standard apartment problems including the upstairs neighbor whose washing machine will not last too much longer but rattles the dishes as it bangs on in the early morning. The garage is not attached so expect some walking and a couple of up and down stairs. Parking was not a problem but was on the second deck with no connection through to the second floor in the next building.Nice, clean place with lots of room. We...

“Worked well for our trip to the World Cup game. It was a 35 min walk to the stadium through safe neighborhoods.”

“Pros: clean, good location, quiet neighborhood, covered parking, comfortable bedCons: AC and bathroom fans were loud, blinds didn't block outside security lighting, front door not secure enough.”
