“We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. “Great place to stay with a beautiful plaza nearby. The pictures are a little deceptive, it wasn’t right on the water like it seemed, but it was just a couple minutes walk away. The breakfast was amazing too! ”
