“The Holiday Inn was definitely outdated, although the staff were pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms felt old and had a very strong musty odor. Even the shower, towels, and pillowcases had a stale, musty smell. When we arrived home, we noticed that our clothes and even our backpacks had absorbed the same odor. On the positive side, the lobby offered complimentary coffee and tea, and the hotel restaurant, LACONDA, was an absolute hidden gem! It had some of the best...

“We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in an excellent location. The beach is across the street and their are restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Newport is just minutes away. The property is nice but can use some upgrades. Will definitely return!”
