“Clean room friendly staff good location”

“The location is fantastic – just a short 3-5 minute walk to the brand new TRX mall and MRT station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. It's also close to Pavilion KL and surrounded by charming local eateries and trendy cafes, including the famous Grumpy Bagel.”

“Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back.”

“The apartment is clean and well equipped. However previous guest smoked in the apartment and ignored the no smoking warning. It was unpleasant as the smell lingered. The staff attempted to remove this through ozone machine and room perfume. Gold location and lots of cafe and restaurants nearby.”

“Rooms are not clean, floors are sticky, tables had food sauce left over tv remote was oily. Towels was dirty. Hotel is tucked in a corner in the Citi, still very much walkable. Rates for the rooms was really affordable just the rooms was really gross. The sheets don’t event smell good.”

“Room and ensuite are compact, modern and clean. NEGATIVES: 1) The shower is positioned almost right above the toilet, so the toilet ends up covered with water when you shower. 2) The pillowcases and towels had brown stains on them, even though they smelled clean and had obviously been washed. The towel was fraying, it was old and neds replacing. ”

“Convinent location, spacious apartment, good facilities, the washing /drying machine was a plus, shane no drying racks otherwise would make it perfect. Liked the afternoon lounge area with light snacks with tea and coffee on offer. Breakfast was also very good.”

“The building isn’t the greatest. There is always a massive line for the elevators to go up and to come down almost all the elevators are full which keeps you waiting forever. There was a used condom on our outside windowsill- the room was tiny and sink was clogged. For KL it was a reasonable price for what we got, however it wasn’t the most comfortable stay and we dreaded returning to the room. We booked for the beautiful pool but it was always swarmed with kids and closed early- we headed to...

“The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again, ”
