“This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.”

“Room was comfortable and clean. Could use a little more but it was not bad. Outside hallway and stairs, elevator definitely needed attention and a deep cleaning. Guests were leaving trash out in the parking lot but that is not the hotel fault”

“I am boiling!!! We got woken up to someone trying to break into our room. No knock, no phone call. I had ALL the locks locked! Woke my husband up and he’s trying to look through the peep hole and he said “oh it’s just housekeeping”. He goes to the bathroom and they are still trying to get into our room. They finally knock and he answers the door and some man is standing with housekeeping and says “we have been trying to get into ur room”. My husband said yeah buddy we trying to sleep and...
