“There is no elevator. The carpets are worn and stained. The bathroom had stains in the sink and a toilet that only flushed when it felt like it. The open closet has the closet rod at 4ft off the floor, which means that long dresses puddle and cannot hang. The WiFi is too slow to be useful. We heard every conversation in the room next door, every door slamming, every person walking past. The air conditioning was irregular and the mini fridge rattled. The name of this hotel is apparently ironic.”

“The room was big and the bathroom was very roomy too! The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was small and didn’t have a lot of options but it is a great place for an overnight stay at a great price!”

“Bien situé....avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Possibilité d'y aller à pied. Parking à proximité avec ascenseur dans l'hôtel, appreciable quand les valises sont lourdes.”

“Facilities very run down since staying here in May 2025. Room door was very hard to open. Only king, and double beds offered instead of queen. Bathroom floor covering is uneven, dirty and not well installed. Bathtub/shower looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned. Bit hazardous getting out. Shower head was hard to operate and pipes are loud. Not ADA compliant the way it should be. Had to hold the toilet handle down for complete flush. Room paint chipping and lamp shade needs replaced. Spa paint...

“Perfect for families and sports teams. Breakfast is adequate. Hotel is easy to access, right off I-15. Noise was not an issue even though the hotel was packed. The mood in the hotel was happy and bustling.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!”

“Two small issues in the room: - Bedside light mounted on wall was inoperable. Switched bulbs with no effect. Fixture not working. - Mirror light (mounted behind glass) on R/H side was intermittent.”
