Hotel in zona The Wharf, Orange Beach

“We loved the closeness to the beach, the breakfast & a comfortable room. The staff was friendly & very helpful, especially Kizzie.”

“I can’t say enough about the staff here. They were helpful from the moment I checked in. I confused checkout time with their sister hotel which was 12pm. The staff allowed my husband and I extra time to checkout. The housekeeper staff was just as kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the cook was very nice as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay with an amazing crew.”

“This was a perfect little beach hotel for my family of four and the omelet station in the mornings was to die for! Only reason for four stars and not five is the bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both had sore backs by the end of the trip. But you truly can’t get any closer to the beach and the pool was clean as well!”

“The first night they put us in a handicap room. Which is fine but We aren’t handicap and didn’t ask for that room. There was just a flat floor for the shower but when in use the water ran across bathroom floor and behind toilet. I could see mold around the edges in bathroom. Also ac unit was extremely loud and the whole room smelled musty and moldy. After the first night we asked to switch rooms and they let us which is good. The ac unit was quieter in the Second room but the whole room still...

“Clean room, comfortable, lots of storage, beautifully decorated and plenty of towels. Beautiful views of the beach. Breakfast was delicious and self serve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center was clean and well supplied for workouts. The beach was beautiful, we had excellent weather conditions during our stay.”

“Love the lazy river pool and the pool bar.”

“La camera era pulita e ci hanno dato l'ultimo piano con vista mare. Il personale è molto disponibile e la colazione è più che sufficente per quantità e qualità. Carino il balcone che affaccia a Sud-Est. Ma per vedere l'alba è necessario il balcone EST . La prossima volta chiederò quel lato.”

“It was difficult finding the only driveway to the facility”

“Staff molto gentile che ha risolto un problema di disturbo dei vicini di camera in piena notte. Camera abbastanza grande, con frigo e microonde. Colazione varia e abbondante”

“The room was uninviting. No art on the walls. No lamps. Just over-head lights. No comfortable chair: only kitchen style chairs. Bed linens were stained. The room smelled moldy. There were mold stains at the threshold and around the exterior a/c unit. Plaster was crumbling in places. There was a faint smell of sewer in the bathroom, and sewer flies present. The seal around the toilet did not appear to be entirely intact. The shower curtain was of questionable age and cleanliness. The cable was...
